Company & Scope

The online store available at pronaturin.com is operated by PRONATURIN Sp. z o.o., based in Poland. These terms apply to sales contracts concluded through the store with customers located in the EU and EEA.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence within the EU/EEA continue to apply and take precedence where required by law.

Products

Products offered in the store are cosmetic products. Information on composition, intended use, and safety is provided on product pages and on the product packaging.

Please read the ingredients before use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If you have known allergies or special sensitivities, consult an appropriate professional before applying the product.

Orders & Contract Formation

You place an order by selecting products, completing checkout, providing the required customer details, and confirming payment.

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The sales contract is treated as concluded once the seller confirms the order or dispatches it.

In justified cases, the seller may refuse an order, for example where the data provided is incorrect, stock is unavailable, or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Prices & Payments

Prices shown in the store include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.

Available payment methods may include Stripe, Przelewy24, and Autopay. Payment card data is processed by certified payment providers, and the seller does not store full card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within the EU and EEA using trusted courier and parcel partners. Delivery time depends on destination and selected carrier, and typical transit times are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address.

Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods. To exercise this right, send a clear withdrawal statement to kontakt@pronaturin.com.

Returned goods should be sent back within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice.

Complaints & Non-Conforming Goods

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at kontakt@pronaturin.com and include your order number together with photos where possible.

Consumers in the EU retain statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods. Where appropriate, we will provide a remedy such as replacement, refund, or another solution required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without limiting any mandatory rights granted to consumers under the law of their habitual residence within the EU or EEA.

If any individual provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
